3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one fachai68 account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. fachai68 may, at its sole discretion, merge or close duplicate accounts and void any associated bonus winnings.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes with any third party. fachai68 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. fachai68 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.
3.5 Account Dormancy. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. fachai68 may apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and, after appropriate notice, may close such accounts in accordance with applicable regulations.
4.1 Deposits. All deposits to fachai68 accounts must be made using approved payment methods, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, and Bank Transfer. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. fachai68 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, subject to KYC verification and applicable withdrawal terms. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply. fachai68 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one (1) hour, though actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider processing schedules.
4.3 Currency. All fachai68 accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). fachai68 does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not be responsible for exchange rate losses incurred by players who deposit using accounts held in other currencies.
4.4 Prohibited Sources. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous sources, or cryptocurrency wallets (where not expressly permitted) are prohibited. fachai68 reserves the right to reverse deposits from prohibited sources and may freeze associated accounts pending investigation.
4.5 Transaction Charges. fachai68 does not currently charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which fachai68 accepts no liability.
5.1 General. fachai68 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and any specific terms attached to the relevant promotion. Specific promotional terms take precedence over these general bonus terms where they conflict.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. fachai68 reserves the right to change wagering requirements for future promotions at any time.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, arbitrage, use of automated systems, or other means that fachai68 deems to constitute abuse will result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
5.5 Right to Withdraw. fachai68 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonuses already credited to a player's account will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.1 Game Integrity. Players must not engage in any activity that may compromise the integrity of games offered on fachai68, including but not limited to collusion with other players, use of software to gain an unfair advantage, exploiting software errors or malfunctions, or any form of cheating.
6.2 Errors & Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or any other error affecting a game outcome, fachai68 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Where an error results in an incorrect payout, fachai68 reserves the right to recover the excess amount from the player's account balance.
6.3 Sportsbook Bets. All sports bets placed through the fachai68 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. fachai68 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets in accordance with established industry rules and the advice of its data suppliers.
6.4 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on fachai68. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may be changed at any time.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fachai68's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
